Zhitong Financial APP News, Minmetals Resources (01208) announced that on May 9, 2024, MMG Kinsevere SARL (MMG Kinsevere) and Minmetals Nonferrous Metals will sell the product on MMG Kinsevere (MMG Kinsevere is produced at the Kinsevere mine in the Democratic Republic of the Congogoldfortunecasinocrude cobalt hydroxide concentrate) entered into a sales framework agreement (Framework Agreement).

The annual caps for the sales of this product to Minmetals Nonferrous Metals under the framework agreement for each of the financial years ending December 31, 2024, 2025 and 2026 are 1goldfortunecasinoUS$.03 million, US$103 million and US$103 million.

The Group's principal activities include the production and sales of metal products, including copper and molybdenum concentrates. As part of its daily and general course of business, the Group sells certain of its products to China Minmetals Group at prices and terms consistent with the current market prices and conditions of the products.
